Microfluidic Cell-Sized Vesicles for Use as Artificial Antigen Presenting Cells

We present a microfluidic platform for continuous generation of stable and monodisperse lipid vesicles without the use of non-biocompatible, volatile solvents. The vesicles can be produce with diameter down to 9um and will be modified for use as artificial antigen presenting cells (aAPCs).
